Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you receive products that are defective, damaged, or do not meet the specifications you approved, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Products are defective or damaged upon delivery
• Products do not match the approved proof or specifications
• Printing errors caused by us (not customer-provided design errors)
• Products are received in incorrect quantities

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items that have been produced according to your specifications
• Items with errors that were present in the approved proof
• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
• Digital products or services
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report the issue
2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the problem
3. Include photographs if applicable
4. We will review your request and provide instructions for return if approved
5. Return shipping costs may be covered by us for defective items

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

• Full refunds may be issued for defective or incorrect products
• Partial refunds may be offered for minor defects that do not significantly impact usability
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacement Policy

In cases of defects or errors on our part, we may offer to reprint and replace the items at no additional cost. Replacement orders will be processed with priority to minimize delays.

Customer Errors

If an error is due to incorrect information, design files, or specifications provided by the customer, we are not responsible for reprints or refunds. However, we may offer to reprint items at a discounted rate. It is important to carefully review all proofs before approval.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging materials
• Take photographs of the damage
• We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be available for items that are in stock and meet return eligibility criteria. Contact us to discuss exchange options. Additional charges may apply for size or specification changes.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return request:

• We will review your request within 2-3 business days
• If approved, we will process refunds within 14 business days, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection regulations
• Replacement orders will be processed according to standard production times
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Dutch Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have specific rights under Dutch law. For standard products (non-customized), you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, for custom printing orders that have been produced according to your specifications, the right of withdrawal may not apply as the goods are made to your specifications (Article 6:230o Dutch Civil Code).
